Your visit to our office starts with eye tests and measurements performed by our professionally trained Optometric Assistants. Since your vision can be affected by systemic diseases and medications it’s important that we complete a health history and list of any current medications you may be taking. During your examination the doctor will be performing tests to assess your vision and overall ocular health. Upon completion of the exam, the doctor will go over the findings and make recommendations to improve your vision and ocular health.
“The eyes are the window to the body”. Consider this, a thorough eye examination can detect, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and several different types of neurological conditions. Please be sure and schedule an eye exam every 1 to 2 years or according to your doctor’s recommendations.
